Dream Writer.
However, it only edits txt files, but you can export as RTF, Word, and
others.
But, you cannot edit Word documents, or anything that isn't plain text.
I'd recommend reading up on its features.
I could try to send you the user guide privately if you would like.
Voice Dream Writer is $9.99.
Frankly, if you need to edit word or RTF files, I'd stick with a computer,
since none of the apps work that well with VoiceOver that will allow editing
of those file types.
