Hi, I thought those of you interested in meditation apps might want to know that an app was released today that walks you through EFT tapping. This is a process of focusing on issues such as stress or pain while tapping places on your body that help you release the pain or stress. You can also focus on positive emotions while tapping with the intent to increase their strength. There was an Eyes-Free Fitness podcast about tapping a couple of years ago, and I would imagine it's still available.
The app is called The Tapping Solution. It includes explanations of how to tap and a fair amount of free content. Some items aren't labeled very clearly, and the subscription screen is confusing, but otherwise, I found it quite accessible. There is extra free content for teachers and veterans.
