You should call Apple Accessibility, if you have really changed your PIN to unlock your phone and don’t know what it is you are in pretty deep trouble and the phone will need to be completely reset. If you have Find my iPhone turned on this needds to be turned off first and if you can’t get into your phone it has to be done via the iCloud website which is ot the most accessible. To set or change your PIN you first have to enter the existing PIN in order to access the Touch Id and Password area in Settings, then even if you didn’t have a PIN before and you turned this on you would have had to correctly enter and re-enter a PIN.
