Seems like you didn't read the article Zhi provided the link for, the person 
who wrote it said he already had a line with them and put in the SIM into the 
unlocked iPhone 5S he wanted to add and it worked, but still at the store they 
told him they couldn't do it. Maybe at a different store it would be different, 
but there are probably other good deals out there and my attitude here would be 
that if they don't want my business and monthly payment possibly for years to 
come then I go elsewhere and I wold possibly go further and remove any other 
services from them if I had any.

comcast sim, put it in your AT&T iPhone, go back to the comcast store
