Might I suggest double tapping on the main menu button, and going to the user guide which is under the help heading near the bottom of that section.
There is also the Email support option and I've found him very helpful. I'm on my way to a funeral so I do not have time to write out the steps. Once you have looked through that material, if you have questions, I'd be glad to help, but that won't be until tomorrow most likely.
