I have some similar sound problems with my 6S. And it seems like it happens after using any type of BT headphones. It is just intermit tan but sometimes it takes a re-boot to get it back to normal. What happened is when I end a phone call, the speech is gone but I get all kinds of clicks when swiping around the screen. I check with the three finger double tap to make sure that speech is not accidently turned off. When this one occurs is when the re-boot is the only thing I can do which gets speech back. The other thing is that I don't hear any sound when I end the call or lock the screen and occasionally no text alert sounds. Since they don't happen on any regular basis it is almost impossible to find the problem. I am also running 10.2.1 I hate the thought but may have to try a total reset to factory and if that does not work, off to the Apple store.

Subject: Sounds disappeared!!

I was using my iPhone 7 Plus today on iOS 10.2.1 and after a phone call with my Bluetooth airpods in, suddenly all my sounds disappeared. Now there are no keyboard clicks nor any alerts when text messages arrive. I've tried turning the settings for keyboard sounds off and back on, rebooting phone, but still no sounds. Music plays fine and phone rings when phone calls are received. Does anybody know what the solution is? Thank you. Harry
