Jenifer when it gets stuck it beeps at you, just listen for the beep and follow the sound until you find the vac. Mine got stuck behind the couch, and I didn’t even know because I was in the garden. I went into the house and the vac wasn’t on the doc, and then I heard beep beep, I followed the sound and found the vac behind the couch. I also have a question, I’ve heard Sandra mention many times that you can spot clean in 2 different sizes. Does anyone know how to choose the size?
