Jenifer when it gets stuck it beeps at you, just listen for the beep and follow the sound until you find the vac. Mine got stuck behind the couch, and I didn’t even know because I was in the garden. After a while I thought to my self how come I didn’t receive a message on my iPhone that the vac had finished cleaning. I went into the house and the vac wasn’t on the doc, and then I heard beep beep, I followed the sound and found the vac behind the couch. I also have a question, I’ve heard Sandra mention many times that you can spot clean in 2 different sizes. Does anyone know how to choose the size? Sorry, thought I had mentioned this. There is a way to turn from turbo to the other, but sense I don't use it being most of my place is carpet I never had too. So, all I use is turbo mode.
