Hi, the moment I turned VoiceOver on at the set up screen it said Springboard. Apple Care over the phone wasn’t concerned about this. I went ahead and went to the Apple store and talked with them. They reset it one more time. This time without starting Voiceover right away.
The only thing in text replacement was on my way. Twenty minutes later though, a few more things automatically reappeared. Maybe text replacement is tied into iCloud? I’m not sure. My plan for now, is use my phone as usual for the next Month and see how it goes. If it continues to act up, I think it may be time for a replacement. :) I just want this taken care of while inside the year warranty.
