Sandy, Thanks for this. I had never noticed it before. I need to play with this some more, but it does appear that it might do what I was looking for. It does announce the first occurrence of the word as you type it, however, I am having trouble figuring out how to locate what it found on the screen. It does have a find next and previous, which is what I wanted.
I will need to do a little more experimenting. Also, the items under "Share" do say they are draggable if you double tap and hold, so I am assuming they can be reordered in the list, but if I double tap and hold, nothing seems to happen. Does this work for anyone else? When in a webpage, tap on the "share" tab at the bottom of any page in Safari, you will get the usual list of apps which could accept the webpage linked address, plus bookmarks etc. There is also a search/find option.
