Hi,
Do you experienced this problem with all of the people that you send a text 
message to? I suggest you do a hard reset by pressing down the wake sleep 
button and the home button in the same time for about eight seconds. This will 
refresh the phone and will not delete any data. If you continue to experience 
this problem, I would try to delete the conversations that you have had with 
the people and hope for the best. Resetting the iPhone settings would be my 
next step if you really want to get down to it followed by a reset all content 
and settings if you have no other choice.
