Do you review your message before you sent it? I assume it is just not exactly getting what you say, in any case, I don't have this issue but I do of course sometimes get interesting results when I dictate and since spelling mistakes and bad grammar are one of my pet peeves I almost always carefully review what SIRI inserted after I dictate something. Yesterday, for example, I dictated something which included the words "Them all". When I reviewed the message word by word I noticed SIRI had put "the mall" instead. Sounds almost the same and something I wouldn't have caught just by listening to the entire message.
