Hi Fazil, I have been using my apple device for about 2 years and generally, I charge the device when it goes below 30 or 40 percent battery level. If I have time, I charge it up to 100 percent, but often I charge it to 85 or 90 percent. I have not noticed any sluggishness charging my device in this fashion.
