Paul, I am not finding a braille command for label element. My iPhone shows Page 1 of 2 when I am on that spot on the screen. This is a Braille Edge. Maybe someone else knows if there is a label element command with a braille display. The VoiceOver gesture is a two finger double-tap and hold. I'm not sure if you can change the label on the page number on the screen. Other icons like apps, if I do the VoiceOver gesture, the default label is shown, but if I do' that gesture on the page number, the label text is blank. Have you rebooted your braille display?
