Keith, I just clicked on the link again to make sure it works and it seems that it does. Once the site loads, just find the edit field with the quick navigation key "e" for "edit", it will say "Enter Mac, iPod, iPhone or iPad Identifier:". You can put in your entire serial number, but as Bensafid you could just use the last 3 or 4 characters and it should still pull up the result as to which model you have.
