Hi Ann, Do you mean the CultofMac article about the power saving feature, http://www.cultofmac.com/385068/save-your-battery-with-ios-9s-low-power-mode? What version of Jaws do you use, it works fine for me, I just pressed enter on the link, waited for the page to load and used "h" to jump to the headings on the page, the title of the article is the first heading level 2 on the page and everything was there.
