Hi, iBooks can handle PDF files,and you probably already have it on your phone. When you double-tap a PDF file, look for the Open In option onscreen and choose iBooks. The file will download and open there.
If you have KNFBReader and the PDF is an image, you can open it in that to have it recognized as text. I think you can open directly into Voice Dream Reader as well.
