have you tried googling something like
iTunes key not valid specified state
I just did and got tons of threads in various support forums where
this has been addressed. (grin)

Hello,
My partner has recently had problems with her computer and we are
now having to reinstall all of her software.
I have just tried to instal iTunes 12 onto her Windows Vista 32 bit
machine and several times during the installation I got the message
"This key is not valid for the specified state". Please can anyone
tell me what this message means and what I need to do to rectify the problem?
Many thanks for any help,
Andrew
