My partner has recently had problems with her computer and we are now having to reinstall all of her software. I have just tried to instal iTunes 12 onto her Windows Vista 32 bit machine and several times during the installation I got the message "This key is not valid for the specified state". Please can anyone tell me what this message means and what I need to do to rectify the problem?
