At the bottom of the keyboard there is a keyboard key if you hit that sometimes it gets knocked out of the corgi keyboarding goes into something else which will screw up entering stuff in the keyboard I have had that happen so it's down by the space for her and dictating and all that but hit that and it will go back into the regular keyboard mode this helps because I've had that happen to me
