As Larry said, you can use the cloth which should have come with your phone or any LCD screen cleaning kit. All of them come with some sort of microfiber cloth and usually a cleaning solution. It's important to spray said cleaning liquid onto the cloth and not onto the phone directly or, for that matter, onto a screen which stands vertically and where the liquid could run down the screen and potentially get in between the screen and the frame.
Keep in mind that no iPhone glass and especially not the camera lense which is sapphire crystal will scratch even if you used a paper towel, dish towel or the hem of your T-Shirt. It would take something a lot more abrasive to accomplish that so pretty much anything is OK as long as it's not sopping wet.
