Hi, I have a similar question but not to the same extreme. My transfer purchases seems to take much longer as well and has for a while now. It only seems to transfer the apps I have downloaded since the last transfer and any I have updated, but it can take several minutes for each app to be transferred. I don’t remember waiting this long in the past. Have I simply grown much more impatient? Smile.
