You can build qemu from source if needed


that's what i did for my second try.


this means i have to use the old style libvirt settings of hiding kvm and
so on to get the nvidia drivers working.

this works just fine, so my next step was to see if i can get a newer
version of qemu and use the hv_vendor_id workaround instead.


You still have to hide kvm, vendor_id is to remove code error 43 when
activate hyperv features.


problem is, i cant enable the hyperv features without causing a crash at boot of the vm.
