I tried 2 times to send tests emails to my own email address @ one major ISP in France and received each time a bounced message with error 500 content rejected.
Apart from the @IP the rest is correct.

AFAIK, Received headers allow for almost anything in parenthesis.

I went back and re-read your original post, and there's nothing in the ISP's error message to indicate that there's a problem with the Received headers.
