I beg to differ about the sqwebmail list. I've gotten spam from it in the past. Also, this discussion has been done before. When inter7 setup the list, it wasn't done with that option. When inter7 has time I'm sure they'll recreate the list with the appropriate options, but I'm guessing it's not a small job (though I can't say for sure) If you want complete details, search the archives, but this horse has been beaten to death already.
