just curios.. my understanding is that the whole qmail, vpopmail, mysql conglomerate creates a "pop before smtp" authentication protocol, and netscape ignores this and tries to authenticate using smtp anyway, thus hitting an error since smtp isn't tied into the vchkpw in the mysql... is this generally the problem? latest versions >.30 seem to solve this by their description, is this the case or are we still without the ability to service netscape users? any hacks to remedy this?
