I was just thinking about this yesterday.. (although I don't yet know how
much effort it would be).  If vdelivermail could support maildrop's quota
mechanism, those of use using courier-imap or sqwebmail with vpopmail could
have quota support, as vdelivermail doesn't know about the Maildir++ style
folders that Sam's programs use, rendering vpopmail's quota mechanism nearly
useless.

Might be beyond me, but I'm going to start looking into this (including the
file you attached) tomorrow.
