I'v got a setup using maildrop, vpopmail and sqwebmail.
I use .qmail to invoke maildrop

% cat /home/vpopmail/domains/test.dk/test/.qmail
|/usr/local/bin/maildrop /home/vpopmail/domains/test.dk/test/.mailfilter

In order to have sqwebmail (which creates the .mailfilter) to know the
right paths, the following has been put into
Maildir/maildirfilterconfig

% cat /home/vpopmail/domains/test.dk/test/Maildir/maildirfilterconfig
MAILDIRFILTER=/home/vpopmail/domains/test.dk/test/.mailfilter
MAILDIR=/home/vpopmail/domains/test.dk/test/Maildir

But it sure would be nice if vdelivermail supported maildrop.
