I've just reinstalled Redhat 6.2, qmail 1.04, and vpopmail 4.8.9. Qmail
is accepting incoming mail ok, but it isn't getting delivered.
I created a virtual domain, "lessonlink.com" with
"/home/vpopmail/bin/vadddomain lessonlink.com apassword" then added a
user with "/home/vpopmail/bin/vadduser [EMAIL PROTECTED] bpassword". I
can verify that /home/vpopmail/domains/lessonlink.com exists, belongs to
vpopmail.vchkpw (mode 700), and contains a "dan" subdir that contains a
Maildir.
When I telnet into port 25 of the machine and send email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I get the following:
new msg 671015
info msg 6710i15: bytes 188 from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> qp 15132 uid 503
starting delivery 183: msg 671015 to locall
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
status: local 1/10 remote 0/20
starting delivery 184: msg 671015 to locall
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
status: local 2/10 remote 0/20
delivery 183: deferral:
Unable_to_switch_to_/home/vpopmail/domains/lessonlink.com:_access_denied._(#4.3.0)/
status: local 1/10 remote 0/20
delivery 184: deferral:
Unable_to_switch_to_/home/vpopmail/domains/lessonlink.com:_access_denied._(#4.3.0)/
status: local 0/10 remote 0/20
I should also mention that I've enable the option that allows for
logging of all mail, specified to send it to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", and
vuseradded the log user.
What have I probably screwed up here?
