After some more tests it turned out that this decision was wrong.

When doing ''yum update'', a VirtualBox-3.0.12 package will be automatically
replaced by VirtualBox-3.1.0 which is exactly what I wanted to prevent.

The user should decide itself when he wants to switch between 3.0.12
and 3.1.0, this shouldn't be done automatically. Therefore I have to revert
this change.
