There is a sticky posting in the VirtualBox on Windows Hosts Discussion Forum: http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?t=4762 I have not downloaded and installed the VBoxVmService yet, seems complex, but given the lack of other alternatives, seems to be the "recommended" solution.
