Do you object to anything in the GitHub PR, even if you don't exactly like

It doesn't do that, right? It just phrases the references to UTS-46
(already there) and IDNA2008 in a different way. I have to say, the current
Section 2 is definitely wrong, and doesn't even correctly describe the
IETF's mailing list software. So, anyone reading this document is going to
have to understand UTS-46 in order to follow the XSS advice, right?

I wouldn't say it does that. It just documents a mess. But this is all ok,
at least we're talking about the text.
