This all seems fine to me, I'll defer to Corey on the label terminology. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions--I think the patched document is stronger. I also think it covers messy reality in a concise way. That's hard to do, but it really leans on the ICANN document to explain it all. thanks, Rob
