Just set the clock/time source to gpsdo. Your GPSDO is better (as a
reference) than your internal oscillator, even when it's not yet locked.
Depending on what you're doing, you can just start using it before it's
locked (obviously, if you need accurate time/coordinates, you have to wait,
if you're mainly after good frequency accuracy, then this is a fine
solution).
