Hi Seppo, hard to say why the USRP isn't showing up on the PCIe bus. I've only ever used the official NI PCIe extension card ( https://www.ettus.com/all-products/pcie-kit/), in principle, I don't see why your card wouldn't work, but it's not something we can help with, unfortunately.
