I updated GNU Radio from 3.8 to 3.10. The versions on the device are:

This is because you have a "mixed version" system on your Ubuntu
system. How did you upgrade Gnu Radio from
the version packaged by Ubuntu 20.04?
It's likely that what happened was that you did a source build of Gnu
Radio, and it found the packaged UHD library
on your system (3.15), and used that.
