Your N310 is running a system image that is quite far ahead of your host-side UHD (which is 3.13, which, at this point, is "ancient").

Also, you're not forming arguments properly.   Either use spaces, or equals signs, but not a mixture of both--the argument parser
  can't parse those arguments.
