Long-term denizens of this mailing list will know that I have been
involved with this mailing list since its inception. For 14 of
those years, I have had a small contract with Ettus/NI/Emerson to
provide support both on this list and through other
support channels at NI.
Some of you may also know that I run a little non-profit:
http://www.ccera.ca which provides educational support
services in undergraduate astrophysics education and radio
astronomy. Two years ago, we took on the task
of restoring a former-NATO 12.8m satellite dish for radio
astronomy. Recently, one of our academic partners
has offered to pay for some of my time to move that effort along, in
support of a couple of their courses.
I'll be focusing my time on that contract for the next few months,
and will be on this list far less often.
I'll still be involved with Ettus/NI/Emerson, but for the next few
months, at a very low engagement level. Other members
of Ettus/NI/Emerson support team will "pop in" here from time to time
still. But my own engagement will be
considerably smaller.
