Hello,

We have an X310 that is connected to a high precision GPSDO 10 MHz reference and 1 PPS signal.

How precise is the timestamp generated from the 1 PPS signal
    (assuming a perfect 1 PPS)?

2.

Is it limited by the master 200 MHz clock to +/- 5 ns? Or the
    sample rate?

The time-of-day register updates at the master clock rate, so +/- 5ns.  That's in terms of precision.  In terms of   *accuracy*, there may be some latency in "noticing" the 1PPS pulse when you load in a new clock value.  Not
sure what that latency is, but it's likely fairly small (ns-scale).

Is there a way to achieve sub-nanosecond precision?

Not without significant hardware and FPGA modifications on the radio, and I'm pretty-sure the FPGA can't be run at
clock rates that would allow sub-ns precision.

Thanks
