Hi Marcus, Thanks for replying. I have not tried running the self calibration from the PC host yet. My team thought it would be better to run it on the SDR itself as part of the SDR configuration that gets done when we setup the IP addresses and UHD version/image (currently using UHD version 4.4.0).
