Are you using it in Network Mode? What version of UHD?
In Network Mode (the E313 being used with a host computer using the
network interface), the most you can expect is about 1Msps--it's only
really useful for
debugging and check-out.
Running on the E313 itself, in embedded mode, you can expect perhaps
5Msps into the Zynq CPU.
