Hey Arnold,

What test frequency are you using to compare the received power at these
two ports? I pulled up the schematic for the E310's daughterboard
<https://files.ettus.com/schematics/e310/e310_db.pdf>, and took a look at
the signal path for TRX (J4) vs RX (J3):

For the RX path, your signal only passes through SW3, while the TRX path
passes through SW3 & SW4. SW4 is a SKY13373_460LF
<https://www.skyworksinc.com/-/media/SkyWorks/Documents/Products/601-700/SKY13373_460LF_201264N.pdf>
which,
at a test frequency of 4GHz-6GHz should have an isolation of ~22dB. This
leads me to believe that SW4 is still configured for TX either due to a
misunderstanding / misconfiguration of the RF paths on your end, or (less
likely) an egregious bug on the UHD side.

This is all a bit of a leap given the information provided in your OP, but
I'd recommend you take a deeper look into your system's settings to make
sure that you're configuring the RF paths appropriately.
