I read at 25 MHz with frequency tuning. And there can be a lot of these reorganizations. On another PC, I have an Ethernet controller network card: Intel Corporation 82571EB / 82571GB Gigabit Ethernet Controller D0 / D1 (copper applications) (rev 06) and similar errors occur. Unfortunately, I cannot test the new network card right now. Perhaps you have ideas how to get around this programmatically ??
