The USRP E313 is an E310 in a weatherproof enclosure with PoE capability.
 As Marcus points out, the network interface to the PC (over 1gigE RJ-45)
has far less bandwidth than an Ettus-branded USRP X310 or NI USRP 294x or
295x using a PCIe or 2x10 gigE link to a host PC.
