Check the MTU settings on your host Ethernet adapter. I am using an N310
and the Ethernet light turns on but if my MTU's do not match
uhd_find_devices does not find the N310.

Check the N210 documentation for what its default MTU is then on the host
machine try this:

sudo ifconfig <ethernet_name> mtu <N210 MTU value>
