I recently upgraded to the newest versions of the development tools (fresh
pybombs installs of recipes rfnoc-e3xx for cross-compiling, and rfnoc for
local test and development). Since that time, all of my previously
functioning custom RFNOC blocks now hang in simulation on Vivado (they hang
at the tb_streamer.recv(recv_payload,md); command), and when used in
grc-programs run directly on the e310 they result in limitless "timeout on
chan 0" errors, and the radio no longer seems to send or receive.

I've tried re-implementing one of my blocks using the latest rfnocmodtool
to ensure that all of the nocblock auto-generated collateral is up-to-date,
but still see the same results.

Anyone else experiencing this error?
