Jim, we have no plans to remove USRP1 code, although it's not impossible that that will happen some day. On the flip side, we're also not doing anything with the USRP1 code, so sticking with 3.9 is safe. Nothing that we've done since then will affect the USRP1, unless you want to use fancy new logging features, config files, or other non-hardware related features. Cheers, Martin
