I've attached a diagram of my setup. I have not been able to measure the power output of my signal. I'm using the tx waveform example included with UHD with a gain of 20dB and a waveform amplitude of 0.3. I'm not sure what the Rx gain of the receive channels was in the first delta phase vs time plot I provided. It was less than 23 dB. I have now set the Rx gain to 23 dB on both channels and have updated the plot. Results appear similar. The magnitude of the signed 16-bit I/Q received samples is around 7250 for one channel and 6160 for the other.

I would expect there to be a few degrees of instantaneous phase-noise between RX branches, but the universe is never noise-free.

If you average these over a few dozen samples, it'll probably be zero (or approach some limit that represents the residual phase *OFFSET*).
