Hi Rob, Thanks for your explanation, However i have modified the configuration using external clock source (sync box), it seems work better, and the error message has gone. But another problem comes out, after several minutes the application started, there is an overload of LLLLLLLL message. My best guess is probably my processor is not strong enough to run the app. I will try to analyze further about it.
Thank you for your respond Regards, Harfan On Tue, May 15, 2018, 23:06 ROBIN TORTORA <ti...@comcast.net> wrote: > The second parameter to the set source is motherboard ID, so the sources > are set on that motherboard as you have specified, but the board doesnt > know if it is daisy chained or not, it just knows for that motherboard, use > the external port as its source... > > On May 14, 2018 at 6:58 PM harfan ryanu via USRP-users < > usrp-users@lists.ettus.com> wrote: > > Hi Robin and Marcus, > Thanks for your reply earlier, > I have read some thread saying we can still use daisy chain for 2 USRP, > but the phase noise will get worse as the number of the device chained > increase. > I am just wondering if the function of set_clock_source_out and > set_time_source_out is for daisy chain, probably i could be wrong. > So i guess the only available option is by using external clock reference? > Thank you very much > > Regards, > Harfan > > > On Mon, May 14, 2018, 23:15 Marcus D.
