I tried re-building the FPGA and host code for rfnoc-devel last night, and
I received an error about a major compat number being too low in UHD for
the DDC. I linked it to commit d588005fd87dd2594adb29dbbdcf948bbb0ab0c1,
cherry picked it, and the message went away.

Unfortunately, my simple radio code to transmit (even bypassing all DUC
operation and talking to the radio directly, expecting underflows) was not
successful at all. I verified that the same problem existed with the
pre-built FPGA's available from the website. Are there any tests that are
run for TX when new RFNoC images are built up?

It then led me to see there are only a few RX examples using RFNoC in the
examples directory, and no obvious TX examples. Do you think there should
be some RFNoC TX examples?
